The 25th Amendment to the US Constitution which reportedly provides detailed information about the next steps in the event of the removal of the president from office or his death or incapacity. According to this law, if the president is removed, the vice president takes over for the remainder of the term. To start this process, the cabinet has to first bring a proposal. If the president opposes this proposal, the matter goes to the parliament. If 2/3rd of the members of the Senate and Congress approve this proposal, the president has to leave his chair.
According to the report, Donald Trump has now gone on a 3-day leave after making a controversial statement against Iran.
