Musk to uncover the billion-dollar government fraud: Donald Trump

American President Donald Trump in a recent interview stated that he has appointed Elon Musk to uncover fraud within federal agency transactions, and that Musk will help in exposing the fraud, as per reports.
He quoted, Musk and him are both going to find billions, hundreds of billions of dollars in fraud and abuse. He further added that the people have elected him for that.
A thorough audit of the Pentagon has been instructed to Musk, as per Trump.
Notably, Musk’s involvement with government efficiency has been criticised by many, with concerns that it may lead to the exposure of personal information to one of the wealthiest businessmen, as well as sensitive government data.
After being appointed by US President Donald Trump to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the Tesla CEO has sparked several controversies involving USAID, racism, DOGE, and US Treasury payments data.
Recently, Musk also decided to rehire Marko Elez, a former DOGE employee, after an X poll showed overwhelming public support.
Musk polled users on whether Elez, who resigned over his past racist social media posts, should be reinstated. With 78% voting in favour, Musk announced Elez’'s return, stating, “To err is human.”
