Mojtaba Khamenei hiding in undisclosed location, communicating through courier network: reports

Mojtaba Khamenei has reportedly been hiding at an undisclosed secure location with extremely limited communication access. The only way to reach Khamenei is through a complex network of couriers, US intelligence citing, as per reports.
Iranian officials involved in talks with the administration of Donald Trump are reportedly facing difficulty in directly reaching Mojtaba Khamenei, resulting in delays in communication regarding potential agreements between the two countries.
The reports further claimed that the communication system is one of the key reasons why details surrounding the possible deal and previous negotiations have been slow to emerge publicly. Officials reportedly said that whenever Washington sends a fresh proposal, it often takes considerable time to reach Khamenei through the courier network, delaying Iran’s response to the United States.
Mojtaba Khamenei has not appeared publicly since the beginning of the conflict after allegedly being injured during US-Israeli strikes under “Operation Epic Fury”. US and Israeli officials reportedly believe intelligence gathered from within Iran helped target several senior Iranian leaders during the conflict, as per reports.
Among Iran’s leadership, Khamenei is said to be taking the strictest security measures, with even senior officials allegedly unaware of his exact location and relying on a covert courier network to communicate with him, the reports cite.
