Iranian regime weapon production sites degraded in massive airstrikes, claims IDF

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Monday that it has carried out a wide-scale wave of airstrikes targeting Iranian weapon production facilities, significantly degrading the military capabilities of the Quds Force, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and other units of the Iranian armed forces.
According to the IDF, Israeli Air Force jets struck more than 80 targets in Tehran over the past 24 hours. The strikes mark the third consecutive day of Israeli attacks across the Islamic Republic, as tensions between the two nations escalate.
The latest wave of attacks began at 10.45 pm local time on Saturday and continued through Sunday morning. The aircraft operated via the aerial corridor paved to the centre of Iran.
Since Friday morning, the IDF has struck over 250 sites across Iran. In retaliation, Iran has launched around 60 surface-to-surface missiles and deployed dozens of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) toward Israel.
A missile launched by Houthi forces in Yemen was intercepted by Israeli aerial defence systems. The Iranian barrages, which began Saturday night, have killed at least 10 civilians in Israel, the IDF confirmed.
The Iranian strikes were in direct response to an Israeli surprise attack on Friday that targeted nuclear facilities across Iran. Tehran claims that at least 78 people were killed in those attacks, including several nuclear scientists and senior military officials. Iranian authorities reported that at least 29 of the dead were children.
