In a horrific incident reported down under, 21-year-old Jasmeen Kaur’s body was dumped into a small grave by her ex-boyfriend Tarikjot Singh, who reportedly stalked her and then later kidnapped and killed her in Mar 2021.
According to excerpts from a court hearing, Singh had pleaded guilty to committing the crime. Kaur’s murder was termed an ‘act of vengeance’ after their relationship came to a bitter end. Singh was sentenced to jail time for life by the court for this horrendous act.
Singh drove her from Adelaide to Flinders Ranges in the boot of his car
As per media reports, Singh had kidnapped Kaur from her workplace in Adelaide, Australia, carried her four hours away in the boot of his car, and then dumped her alive in a pit with her hands and legs tied with cables and duct tape.

Kaur was repeatedly approached by Singh after their relationship went apart, as per reports quoting her mother. Her ex-lover had planned to kill her after she disapproved of him many times. As per the court proceedings, Prosecutor Carmen Matteo stated that Kaur went through an absolute terror of breathing in and swallowing soil and dying in this manner. The accused, Tarikjot Singh, was sentenced to jail time for life for this horrendous act of his.
