A drone strike triggered a fire outside the perimeter of the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in Abu Dhabi amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, according to statements issued by UAE authorities.

Officials said the fire broke out in an electrical generator located outside the inner perimeter of the nuclear facility in the Al Dhafra region. Authorities confirmed that emergency teams responded immediately and brought the situation under control.
