Donald Trump Jr has announced his engagement to his long-time partner, Bettina Anderson, with the news revealed during an event at the White House.
The announcement was shared publicly on Monday evening after conservative commentator Laura Loomer posted on X that President Donald Trump informed guests about the engagement. She also shared a video showing the couple addressing those present.
In the footage, Trump Jr thanked his fiancée for saying yes as the couple confirmed their plans to get married. Anderson, standing beside him, described herself as the luckiest girl in the world, prompting applause from the audience.
Bettina Anderson comes from a family known for its philanthropic work, as she is the daughter of Harry Loy Anderson Jr and Inger Anderson. She is a familiar figure in Palm Beach’s social and charity circles and is actively involved in several causes. Anderson supports the Hope for Depression Research Foundation, established by Audrey Gruss, and is closely associated with Project Paradise, a conservation effort based in Florida. She is also known to regularly volunteer with the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County
