A 13-year-old boy from Afghanistan allegedly reached Delhi by hiding inside the landing gear compartment of a KAM Airlines flight from Kabul, according to reports.

The incident was detected around 11 am on Monday, when flight RQ-4401 landed at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport after a two-hour journey.

The boy, identified as a resident of Kunduz city, was reportedly found roaming near the aircraft shortly after landing. Airline staff apprehended him and handed him over to Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel for questioning. During the inquiry, he allegedly stated that he sneaked into Kabul airport and managed to climb into the rear central landing gear compartment out of curiosity.

According to reports, the teenager was repatriated to Afghanistan the same day on the return flight, which departed around 12.30 pm. A security inspection of the aircraft’s landing gear compartment reportedly uncovered a small red speaker believed to belong to the boy, and the plane was declared safe after thorough checks.
