Viral video shows two students kissing in Vadodara’s MSU, sparks row

An intimate video of two students kissing in a class at Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU) went viral, triggering authorities to take action. 

A viral video showed a boy and a girl kissing during an examination at MSU’s arts faculty. 

Kalpana Gavli, dean of the faculty, said, “We have received information about the video that went viral during the ongoing backlog exam. This is a shameful act and will not be tolerated in any way. Action will also be taken against the students involved in the video, the person who recorded it, as well as the class supervisor and other responsible officials.”

The activists of the student union Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) staged a strong protest before the dean of the faculty, demanding action against such acts in the university premises.

Currently, authorities are trying to identify the students seen engaging in intimate acts in the video, along with the person who recorded it. 

After a thorough investigation, the two students involved may face suspension from the university.
