Vibgyor School in Vadodara ordered to implement the fees fixed by FRC within a month

The Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) of Gujarat has maintained the fee structure fixed by the Vadodara Zone Fee Regulatory Committee for the city's Vibgyor International School, and has ordered the school to implement those fees within a month.
The official sources of the Vadodara FRC said that the school administrators had appealed to the FRC against the fees fixed by the Vadodara FRC for the academic year 2024 to 2026. But it has refused to change it. If the Vibgyor School does not implement this fee within a month, the DEO and DPO have been ordered to take legal action against the school.
Which means that whatever additional fees the school has collected during the three years will have to be returned to the parents or adjusted in the students' fees. The Fee Regulatory Committee has also urged the school to send a written copy of this order to the DEO office.
The FRC of Vadodara Zone had also imposed a fine of ₹2 lakh in 2024 and ₹10 lakh in 2025 on Vibgyor School for not implementing the fixed fees. Against which the school administrators went to court and the hearing for the same is ongoing.
