After the Ahmedabad Crime Branch seized 194 kg of marijuana worth ₹42 lakh from a warehouse in the Vatva GIDC from Odisha, it was revealed that 500 kg of drugs were delivered in Bharuch from the same source. 

The crime branch has arrested a drug peddler named Mustakim Belim from Bharuch in this case. 

However, before the police could reach him, he had already disposed of the 500 kilograms of marijuana. A special team of the crime branch is investigating the case.

The Ahmedabad crime branch seized 200 kilograms of marijuana worth ₹42 lakh from Vatva GIDC and arrested seven people, including two individuals who sent the consignment from Ganjam, Odisha.

The crime branch had specific intelligence that a total of 1,100 kg of marijuana was loaded onto the truck instead of 200 kg from Odisha.

Based on suspicions that the remaining 900 kilograms of marijuana were supplied to other states, the police rigorously interrogated the accused.
