Vadodara BJP Yuva Morcha workers clash with another group over parking dispute, settle later

A heated clash broke out between two groups at Vadodara’s Vadiwadi near Sarabhai Compound over a parking issue, leading to chaos in the vicinity.

According to sources, one of the groups involved included BJP’s former state Yuva Morcha general secretary Kaushal Dave, who was also a former Gujarat Youth Board office-bearer and some local contractors. 

Cross FIRs were filed by the group of BJP leader Dave and the other group at Gorwa Police Station. As both groups were affiliated with the BJP, the matter was settled later.

Residents say the Sarabhai Compound area has witnessed frequent disputes due to limited parking space. With several restaurants and cafés in the vicinity — some operating late into the night — congestion and parking-related quarrels have become a recurring issue.
