Two fire incidents reported within an hour in Gandhinagar’s Kalol

In a span of just one hour, two separate fire incidents were reported in Kalol, causing significant damage to property on Tuesday. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in either of the incidents.

The first fire broke out early in the morning at MD Masala, a wholesale grocery store located on Kalol Highway. The blaze, which started around 7 am, engulfed large quantities of grains and other grocery items stored in the facility.

Despite the prompt response from the municipal fire department, the entire stock was destroyed. Firefighters managed to douse the flames, preventing the fire from spreading to nearby establishments.

Fire at coaching centre

Shortly after, another fire incident was reported at Vinayak Tuition Classes. The fire, which occurred later in the morning, was quickly brought under control, ensuring the safety of students and staff. The cause of both fires is yet to be determined, and further investigations are underway.
