As per the FIR, the complainant, Prashant Nair (37), a photographer residing in Gandhinagar, was travelling with his wife, Ashwathi, and mother, Bhanumati, on Train No. 16336, the Gandhidham Weekly Express. Their tickets were booked in Coach A2, seats 3 to 11, with Bhanumati seated on Seat No. 7.
