Train coach restaurants to be set up in Gujarat railway stations

Coach restaurants are set to be established at various railway stations across Gujarat, including Sabarmati, Ambli, Mehsana, Bhuj, and Gandhidham.

These restaurants will feature both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements, offering a premium dining experience.

According to authorities, the coach restaurants will be created using unused and old railway coaches redesigned with modern interiors. They will offer diverse cuisines to cater to various culinary preferences.

The dining services will be available round the clock for both city residents and travelers.

Notably, Ahmedabad Railway Station has not been included in the current list as it is undergoing redevelopment.

Instead, the authorities have chosen Ambli station, which currently experiences low footfall, with plans to attract more local residents rather than just passengers.
