Three die in Gujarat hit-and-run near Vadodara, SUV driver on run

In yet another tragic hit-and-run incident in Gujarat, three people lost their lives on Friday when a speeding Bolero SUV rammed into a bike near Dabhoi Gopalpura, near Vadodara.

The victims have been identified as Suresh Rathwa, Ramsingh Rathwa, and Mukesh Rathwa, all natives of Chhotaudepur district. According to police reports, Suresh and Ramsing died on the spot, while Mukesh, who was critically injured, succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.

The accident occurred when the three friends were returning home after attending a wedding ceremony. The speeding Bolero hit their bike and fled the scene after the crash.

As per reports, one of the deceased was a serving police official, while the other two had recently appeared for the Police Inspector (PI) recruitment exam.

Upon receiving information about the incident, local police arrived at the scene, sent the bodies for post-mortem, and began an investigation. A search operation is underway to trace the absconding Bolero driver.
