Three-car collision near Bardoli kills one, seven injured

One person was killed and seven were injured in a horrific accident that took place on a highway near Gujarat’s Bardoli, according to media reports.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, stated the reports.

This comes amid the rising road safety concerns in Gujarat, as the state reports yet another accident on its roads.

On June 1, three people were killed and more than 25 injured after a Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) bus collided with a private bus in the Aravalli district.

The incident took place near Sakariya village in Modasa when devotees were returning from Jagannath Puri.

On May 29, four people died when a pickup van carrying 12 people overturned into a canal near Vadodara.
