Tathya Patel sent to remand for three days, father Pragnesh Patel put in judicial custody

Tathya Patel and his father, Pragnesh Patel, were accused of the accident that took place on Ahmedabad's ISKCON bridge on July 20. They were produced in the Ahmedabad District Court today. The police sought a five-day remand for Tathya Patel in this case, against which the court granted a three-day remand. Mirzapur's Sessions Court has also ordered Pragnesh Patel to be put under judicial custody.
Tathya Patel rammed into nine with luxury car on SG Highway's ISKCON bridge
Amdavadis woke up to a horrendous accident on July 20, wherein a speeding luxury car crashed into a group of people who had ironically gathered to help the victims of another accident on the SG highway.
The accident occurred at the ISKCON bridge on July 20 at 1.30 a.m., and nine people, including two police constables and a home guard jawan, lost their lives.
