In a tragic accident in Surat on Friday night, a car driver lost control, jumped the divider, and rammed into five vehicles. The incident resulted in the death of two siblings and left four others severely injured.

The accident took place at Abrama Bridge on the Outer Ring Road in Surat. The speeding car driver lost control, crossed the divider and crashed into vehicles on the opposite side of the road, causing a multi-vehicle collision that injured six people, two of whom later succumbed to their injuries.

Five individuals, including a woman, were involved in the accident. Bystanders quickly gathered at the scene and rushed the victims to the hospital for treatment.

The car reportedly had three passengers and a driver. While one person was apprehended by the public at the scene, the driver and two others fled.

Passersby promptly informed the police, who have now launched an investigation into the incident.
