An early morning drive ended in an accident after a speeding Tata Safari SUV allegedly lost control and crashed into a tree near the Usmanpura branch of HDFC Bank on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad, leaving three persons injured.
According to the complaint lodged with the B division of traffic police, the incident took place around 3 am on May 18, when a group of friends were travelling from the Sidhi Syed area towards Ashram Road in a Tata Safari car.
The complainant, Ayankhan Nazirkhan Pathan, 20, a resident of Karanj area, stated that he, along with his brother Aftaf and friends Tamim, Waqar and Sahil, had gone out for breakfast in the vehicle driven by Tamim.
