School van ferrying Nirma Vidyavihar students overturns, major mishap averted

A major tragedy was narrowly averted on Tuesday morning when a private school van ferrying Nirma Vidyavihar students of Ahmedabad overturned with students inside. The incident occurred during school hours, sending panic among locals and parents alike.

According to eyewitnesses, the van lost balance and flipped over, allegedly due to the negligence of the driver. Local residents quickly rushed to the spot and rescued the children trapped inside the vehicle. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The incident took place near Science City babylon club, and as per A division of traffic police station, no case has been registered in the matter till now as van driver and parents did not want to register a case.

While there was no loss of life or serious harm, residents have raised concerns over the careless driving that led to the accident. “Had the speed been any higher, the outcome could have been far worse,” said one eyewitness.
