Repair works prompt cancellation of nine Ahmedabad-connecting trains
Four trains will also have modified sectors

A total of nine trains connecting Ahmedabad were cancelled by the Western Railways in Vadodara on Apr 21 due to inter-locking works scheduled along the Gothaj station of the Vadodara-Geratpur section. Four trains have also been partially cancelled in wake of the repair work.
Trains with modified trains
Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Express, which will run till Vadodara instead of its regular destination in Ahmedabad on Apr 21.
The Gujarat Queen will start its journey from Vadodara instead of Valsad.
Jamnagar-Vadodara intercity express will be destined till Ahmedabad and will start its journey from Ahmedabad, while Vadodara-Ahmedabad MEMU will run till Anand station.

Trains with modified sectors include Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Exp, which will run only till Vadodara, not Ahmedabad.
The Ahmedabad-Valsad Gujarat Queen Exp will start from Vadodara, and not Ahmedabad.
The Jamnagar-Vadodara Intercity will run only till Ahmedabad, and not Vadodara. The same train with Jamanagar as final destination, will depart from Ahmedabad, and not Vadodara.
The Vadodara-Ahmedabad MEMU spl will only run till Anand.
