A team of the Indian Coast Guard has intercepted a Pakistani boat along with nine crew members in international waters of the Arabian Sea. The crew is being questioned, and the boat is being brought to Porbandar, where a case is likely to be registered.

The Indian Coast Guard was carrying out vigilant operations in the international maritime zone of the Arabian Sea. During this operation, a Pakistani fishing boat was intercepted, on which a total of nine crew members were found. This incident has once again demonstrated the effectiveness of maritime security arrangements. While Coast Guard personnel were on routine sea patrol, they noticed a boat entering Indian waters.

Security personnel immediately swung into action, surrounded the boat, and rounded up all nine individuals on board. The boat has now been seized and brought to shore.

During the investigation, it was confirmed that the boat was from Pakistan. The name of the boat was revealed to be Al Madina, and nine Pakistani fishermen were on board as crew members. After preliminary questioning by the Coast Guard, both the boat and the crew were taken into custody.

The process of bringing the boat to Porbandar is currently underway, where further legal procedures will be carried out.

In light of this incident, security along the maritime border has been further strengthened. About a month ago, on December 13, a similar Pakistani boat was intercepted. With such incidents occurring again, security arrangements along the coastal belt have been made even more stringent.
