One dead as structure collapses at Vadodara Central Bus Station, triggers panic

A tragic accident occurred at the Vadodara Central Bus Station on Thursday after a portion of the upper structure of the building suddenly collapsed, leaving one person dead.

According to initial reports, the structure gave way without warning, triggering panic among passengers present at the busy bus terminal. The heavy debris fell onto the premises, trapping individuals underneath.

Fire brigade teams and police personnel rushed to the spot immediately after the incident. Rescue operations were launched, with teams clearing the debris to search for those trapped. During the operation, one person was found dead under the rubble.

Authorities have cordoned off the area as a precautionary measure, while further investigation is underway to determine the cause of the collapse.
