Narco test report of Ganesh Gondal submitted in Rajkumar Jat death case, hearing adjourned to Jan 15

The narco test report of the prime accused, Ganesh Gondal, was formally submitted before the Gujarat high court during the ongoing hearing.
The government prosecutor informed the court about the nature of the interrogation conducted during the narco test and presented the key findings of the report.
According to the prosecution, Ganesh Gondal was questioned on 31 points during the narco test. The questions focused on the sequence of events on the day of the incident, the alleged physical assault, possible motives, and circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
Citing the narco test report, the prosecutor stated that the findings do not suggest any premeditated conspiracy by the accused. The report also did not reveal evidence indicating that the incident was an act of revenge stemming from an earlier dispute at the accused’s residence.
However, the laboratory conducting the test has provided certain important recommendations to the investigating officer for further inquiry.
Petitioner demands another narco analysis
Meanwhile, the counsel representing the deceased Rajkumar Jat expressed dissatisfaction with the narco test findings and demanded a detailed narco analysis.
Taking note of the request, the high court directed the state government to provide a copy of the narco analysis report to the petitioner’s counsel.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the court adjourned further proceedings in the case to January 15. The court is expected to examine the narco analysis report during the next hearing, which may help determine whether Rajkumar Jat’s death was accidental or a planned murder.
The January 15 hearing is likely to be crucial in uncovering the truth behind the case.
