Impact Fee application deadline extended in Gujarat by 6 months

A notification from the Urban Housing and Urban Development Department today extended the deadline for the impact fee further by another six months.

With this, the deadline for payment of the impact fee for the regularisation of unauthorised illegal constructions in the state has been extended for the fourth time. 

The earlier extension was valid till June 16, but that has been extended now.

The Impact Fee Act was enacted by the Government of Gujarat to legalise illegal and non-BU structures by paying an impact fee instead of demolishing them by charging a fixed fee.
