A case has been registered at the State Monitoring Cell police station in Gandhinagar under Sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985. Police said three additional accused, identified as suppliers of the seized ganja, have been named in the case and are currently absconding.

During interrogation, the arrested accused allegedly confessed that they were staying as paying guests at a flat in Vasna and were selling ganja in small quantities near the residential area and in the vicinity of G.B. Shah Commerce College.
