Four workers die due to gas leak at Bharuch’s GFL

A major accident has been reported from Bharuch in Gujarat. A gas leakage at the Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) in Bharuch's Dahej has led to the death of four workers, causing a stir. 

The gas leakage at the CMS plant of the GFL company in Bharuch was caused by a valve leakage which released toxic gas. The affected workers were immediately shifted to a private hospital for treatment, where they succumbed to their injuries.

Upon receiving the information, a police team rushed to the site of the incident. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem, and the police have initiated an investigation into the matter.

According to the company’s website, it works in the domain of fluoropolymers, fluoro specialities, refrigerants and chemicals.
