Four killed after drunk driver rams car into three bikes near Anand

Four people lost their lives in a tragic accident near Anand’s Navli-Napad road on Feb 1 late at night, when a car rammed into three motorcycles.
The accused car driver, Jenish Patel, is suspected to have been in an inebriated state while driving.
Anand rural police have nabbed Patel in this case and launched a probe.
The accident took place when Patel, driving his Maruti Suzuki Ertiga car, rammed into a bike in his lane, alongside two bikes coming from the opposite direction.
Four people lost their lives in this accident, including Arvind alias Pinto Jadav, Jatin Hadiya, Ankita Baldaniya, and Bharat Parmar.
Patel is reportedly from Napad Talpad village.
A team of top police officials rushed to the scene after the accident and nabbed the accused driver, suspected to be in an inebriated state.
He was then shifted to Anand general hospital for his blood test, which revealed that he was under the influence of an intoxicant.
Several charges have been levied on Patel in this case, including causing human death, and he was sent to a two-day police remand for further investigation.
