Former Lambha Councillor’s Police Reel Sparks Controversy Over Officer’s Uniformed Performance

A social media Reel posted by former Lambha councillor Mansingh Solanki featuring a female police officer in uniform has triggered questions over police discipline and the circumstances in which it was filmed.

The video shows the woman in khaki uniform performing to a film song and delivering a popular Bollywood dialogue: “Jab tak baithne ko na bola jaye tab tak sharafat se khade raho, yeh police station hai.”

The Reel was uploaded from Solanki’s social media account with captions including “Mayuri Ba” and “Ladki Bhani Ba”.

Questions Over Uniform And Duty Status

The video has prompted questions about whether it was recorded while the officer was on duty or during her off-duty hours.

The officer is seen wearing her police uniform while performing to the song and delivering the dialogue, which refers to the authority associated with a police station and the uniform.
