Fire erupts at Patanjali store in Vadodara

A fire broke out today at a Patanjali store located in a complex near Sangam Circle on Harni Warasia Ring Road in Vadodara.

Thick smoke billowed from the store, causing panic among the nearby shopkeepers, pedestrians, and motorists.

Upon receiving the information about the fire incident, a team from the city’s fire department rushed to the spot and managed to control the blaze by dousing it with water after incessant efforts.

The fire caused extensive damage to the goods stored in the shop. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

It is noteworthy that due to the prevailing intense heatwave, incidents of short circuits are becoming common.
