Fetus found abandoned in a plastic bag near Kalal Darwaja, Godhra

In a disturbing incident, a fetus was found abandoned in a plastic bag near Kalal Darwaja area of Godhra town in Panchmahal district, sparking shock and anger among locals.

​According to reports, a plastic bag lying in an open area raised suspicion among passersby. When locals examined the bag, they discovered a fetus inside and immediately informed the Godhra police.

Preliminary findings suggest that an unidentified person may have abandoned the fetus at the location and fled. Police have started investigating and scanning the CCTV footage of the nearby area to identify the responsible person.

​As soon as the news spread the large number of people gathered at the spot, expressing outrage and grief. Residents asked for strict action against the accused, as per reports.

Authorities have assured that a thorough investigation is underway and that necessary legal steps will be taken once those responsible are identified.
