Gujarat govt arranges for accommodation of Ahmedabad plane crash victims' families

Following the report of 241 passengers’ death in the fateful flight AI 171 in Ahmedabad on Thursday afternoon, the state authorities have made accommodation and other arrangements for families of victims. 

“In light of the recent tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad, the Gujarat State Roads and Buildings Department has made arrangements for accommodation and transport for the relatives of the passengers affected by this unfortunate incident,” read an official statement.

Accomodation in Circuit House

“To ease the difficulties faced during this challenging time, the department has arranged for stay facilities at Circuit House and other designated locations, as well as transportation between these places and Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad,” as per the authority.

Relatives or family members of the passengers who have arrived in Ahmedabad in connection with the incident and are in need of accommodation or transport can avail these facilities.
