Ex-BJP MLA Dhiru Gajera criticises govt over drug menace in Gujarat
Gajera criticised the BJP government saying, “While the government does work, the results are not visible.”
BJP leaders seem to be at loggerheads with the party’s administration as former BJP MLA Dhiru Gajera took to his social media expressing concern over the growing drug menace in Gujarat.
Gajera criticised the BJP government saying, “While the government does work, the results are not visible.”
Where is the BJP of 1995?
“Where is the BJP of 1995?” asked Gajera, “The current state of the BJP is well-known to everyone”.
Expressing his displeasure with the government, he added, “It is painful to see the youth getting addicted to drugs. Although there is a prohibition in Gujarat, liquor and drugs are sold openly.”
Gajera went on to emphasise that youth in Gujarat are increasingly turning to drugs due to high unemployment rates, leading to a worsening drug problem. If the government doesn’t take immediate action, society will face significant damage, he opined.
“The police department’s failure is responsible for the spread of the drug menace. If the police were working diligently, could the drug problem have escalated to this extent?” he asked.
