Chaitar Vasava

Tension erupted when a drunk traffic constable Ektanagar in Narmada district urinated at the office of Dediapada MLA Chaitar Vasava and publicly hurled abuses at him and his family.

As per the information, Pradeep Vasava, who serves in the Ektanagar traffic police, in an inebriated condition shouted profanities at MLA Chaitar Vasava and his family in public and urinated on Vasava’s office door around 8pm on June 10.

Supporters of Chaitar recorded a video of the entire incident and informed the police who arrived and took Pradeep to the police station.

Later, Chaitar and his supporters visited the police station.

The police have registered a case against the constable and placed him in lock-up.

At the police station, Pradeep continued to hurl abuses at the officers present and engaged in a scuffle with them, shouting and causing a commotion there.

DySP (deputy superintendent of police) of Narmada has ordered for his suspension.
