Contrary to exit polls, Congress confident about four seats in Gujarat

With most exit polls leaning towards a 26/26 clean sweep for BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections in Gujarat, the Congress leaders are confident about at least getting four seats to the GOP’s name.
Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge held a video conference and interacted with the Gujarat Congress candidates regarding the result. During that, the state president Shaktisinh Gohil claimed that the Congress would win four seats in Gujarat.
AAP leader Isudan Gadhvi hoped that the India alliance will perform well. “There is no doubt that the AAP-Congress will win the Bharuch-Surendranagar seat,” he said.
On the other hand, Gujarat BJP leaders were confident that the people of Gujarat would have voted for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which would help the ruling party get all 26 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
Notably, the BJP has won the Surat seat unopposed, and the results for only 25 seats are awaited.
