Senior police officials confirmed that apart from frequent domestic quarrels, there were underlying tensions in the marriage. Preliminary findings suggest that Mukesh was allegedly in an extramarital relationship with a woman identified as Geetaben Munjpara, a resident of Surendranagar district.
