Class 10 board result declared in Gujarat: Banaskantha tops among districts with 89.29%, Ahmedabad City at 79.95%

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) declared the SSC (Class 10) results on 8 am today, May 8. The announcement was made by Gujarat Education Minister Kuber Dindor, who had informed the public via platform X a day earlier. The board exams were conducted in February–March 2025.
This year, 7,46,892 students appeared for the Class 10 exams. The overall pass percentage stood at 83.08%, reflecting strong performance state-wide.
Among all centres, Mehsana’s Kansa and Bhavnagar’s Bholad stood out with the highest success rate of 99.11%, while Ambav centre in Kheda district had the lowest result at 29.56%.
In district-level performance, Banaskantha recorded the highest pass percentage at 89.29%, while Kheda was the lowest at 72.55%.
Remarkably, the Union Territory of Diu (Div) saw 99.9% of its 546 students passing the exam, making it the top-scoring region overall.
Ahmedabad city recorded a 79.95% pass percentage, and Ahmedabad rural outperformed it slightly with 82.58%.
Additionally, 1574 schools achieved a 100% result, while 45 schools reported less than 30% pass rates, highlighting continued variation in educational outcomes.
Students can access their results online or collect mark sheets from their respective schools.
