CBSE reschedules Class 10, 12 exams slated for March 3, new dates announced

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has rescheduled one examination each for Class 10 and Class 12 that were earlier slated to be held on March 3, 2026. The decision has been taken due to administrative reasons, according to an official notice issued to schools.

As per the revised schedule, the Class 10 examination originally fixed for March 3 will now be conducted on March 11, 2026. Meanwhile, the Class 12 examination scheduled on the same date has been postponed to April 10, 2026.

CBSE has clarified that all other examination dates will remain unchanged.

The board has asked schools affiliated with CBSE to inform students and parents about the change. It has also stated that date sheets are being updated accordingly, and the revised dates will be reflected on the admit cards when they are issued.
