BSF nabs Pak intruder at Kutch border

In the wee hours of June 19, India’s Border Security Force (BSF) nabbed a Pakistani citizen while he was trying to cross the India – Pakistan international border fence in Kutch.

30-year-old Afzal, a Pakistani national from Sialkot was caught crossing the fence from pillar number 1,125 in Vighakot near the Khavda border in Kutch.

However, the intruder did not possess any suspicious material.

After interrogation, the BSF will hand him to Nara police and further to the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC).

Notably, Gujarat’s Kutch border has been sensitive to intruding activities, and drug, charas and ganja trafficking.
