Bhadarvi Poonam Fair: Special Train Between Asarva and Khedbrahma From Sept 19

The Western Railway will operate an unreserved special train between Asarva and Khedbrahma from September 19 to October 1 in view of the Bhadarvi Poonam fair at Ambaji. The decision has been taken considering the expected increase in passenger traffic during the fair period. Train numbers 09405/09406 Asarva–Khedbrahma–Asarva Special will run daily during this period. The service will operate with an eight-coach MEMU rake and will have only unreserved second-class coaches. The special train will provide an additional travel option for passengers travelling on the Asarva–Khedbrahma route during the fair.

Asarva–Khedbrahma Morning Service

Train 09405 Asarva–Khedbrahma Special will depart from Asarva at 9.35 am every day and reach Khedbrahma at 12.10 pm. The train will stop at Naroda, Himmatnagar and Vadali stations on the way. These stoppages will also be available in the return direction. The service will operate daily throughout the announced period, giving passengers an additional unreserved train option while travelling towards Khedbrahma and areas connected through the route during the Bhadarvi Poonam fair.

Afternoon Return Service

Train 09406 Khedbrahma–Asarva Special will depart from Khedbrahma at 3.35 pm and reach Asarva at 6.10 pm. It will stop at Vadali, Himmatnagar and Naroda while returning towards Asarva.

The Western Railway has introduced the service for the Bhadarvi Poonam fair period to provide additional train connectivity on the Asarva–Khedbrahma route. With the special train operating every day during the announced period, passengers will have an additional unreserved service for their travel to and from Khedbrahma during the fair.
