AMTS bus collides with two girls on two-wheeler riding wrong side, CCTV footage surfaces

An accident was reported near Shah Alam in Ahmedabad, where two  girls riding a scooter on the wrong side led to a collision with an AMTS bus coming from the opposite side.

According to CCTV footage that surfaced afterwards, the girls were riding on the wrong side of the road and took a turn when an AMTS bus was also mid-turn. The bus was able to apply the brakes, but not before hitting the scooter, making both the women on the scooter to fall down.

However, no major injuries were reported in the incident.

Although both the girls sustained minor injuries, people around them immediately helped them and shifted them to a nearby hospital for treatment.

As soon as the accident was reported, a traffic police convoy reached the spot. The police have seized the CCTV footage and are conducting a legal investigation and further action in the matter.
