Air India Mumbai to Ahmedabad flight delayed by 5 hours due to technical snag, passengers deboarded

An Air India AI613 flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad faced a technical fault just before takeoff, forcing passengers to deboard on Sunday. The flight, originally scheduled to depart at 5.30 am, was delayed by nearly five hours.

Passengers, already seated in the plane and waiting for takeoff, were asked to get off after the issue was detected. The incident triggered chaos, with many demanding a refund, while others asked to be accommodated on an alternative flight.

The flight eventually took off at 11.21 am.

In addition, the Ahmedabad–Belgaum flight was delayed by five hours, while another Ahmedabad–Mumbai Air India flight faced a delay of six hours today.
