Ahmedabad’s multi level parking in posh area set for e-auction
The minimum up-set price of ground floor starts at ₹2.75 lakh per sq m

In a bid to solve Ahmedabad’s congestion issues, the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has completed yet another multilevel parking and an e-auction has been scheduled for Mar 2.
Freeing the lanes of Prahladnagar from haphazardly parked vehicles, an eight-storey multilevel parking facility has been set up for e-auction, starting at minimum up-set price of ₹2.75 lakh per sq m of ground floor.
The minimum up-set price of the eighth floor and terrace will start at ₹1.23 lakh per sq m.

Prahladnagar is an area falling exactly near SG Highway, witnesses traffic in the peak hours and a lot more on weekends due to numerous food joints and visitors to the Prahladnagar Garden.
Prahladnagar multi-level parking can park more than 400 two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Apart from parking space, it also has 78 offices and shops.
With this, the city will now have a total of four multi level parking spaces, including Prahladnagar, Sindhu Bhavan Road, Navrangpura, and Kankaria. One more is under construction in Chandlodiya.
Notably, the AMC invited bids for the e-auction of Sindhu Bhavan Road’s multi level parking last year, where a floor was sold for ₹80 cr.
