The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the results of the Chartered Accountant (CA) Finals and Intermediate Examinations. Ahmedabad’s Akshay Jain has secured the all-India rank (AIR) 1 for the CA Finals after obtaining 616 marks out of 800 with a 77%.

The examination for Chartered Accountancy is conducted in three stages: CA foundational, intermediate, and final. A student gets to become a chartered accountant after passing these three stages of examinations.

The CA Final and Intermediate examinations were conducted in May this year. Chennai’s Kalpesh Jain G has secured AIR 2, while Prakhar Varshney has secured AIR 3.

The results for the second stage of the CA Examinations, CA Intermediate, were released by ICAI alongside the CA Finals. Hyderabad’s Y Gokul Sai Sreekar secured AIR 1 with 688 marks out of 800, with 86%. Patiala’s Noor Singla and Mumbai’s Kavya Sandeep Kothari secured AIR 2 and 3, respectively.
