Ahmedabad weather to remain moderately cold early December
The first week of December is likely to be moderately cold one for the people of Ahmedabad, after a hotter-than-average November.
For the first time in five years, the minimum temperature did not drop below 15°C even once in November.
According to weather experts, there is minimal possibility of severe cold during the first eight days of December in Ahmedabad.
The minimum temperature is expected to remain around 15°C until December 7. By December 20, it is expected to gradually drop to 11°C.
On the night of November 29, Ahmedabad recorded an average minimum temperature of 16°C. In other locations, the minimum temperatures were as follows – Naliya recorded 13°C, Vadodara 13.2°C, Deesa 13.5°C, Rajkot 15°C, Gandhinagar 15.3°C, Porbandar 15.8°C, Bhuj 16.3°C, Bhavnagar 17.5°C, and Surat 19°C.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) stated that there is no expected change in the minimum temperature over the next three days. However, during the following four days, the temperature may rise by 3°C.
On Sunday, Ahmedabad’s minimum temperature is likely to remain at 16°C.
