65 DySP transferred, 8 IPS appointed in Gujarat bureaucratic reshuffle

Ahead of Lok Sabha elections 2024, reshuffle of a total of eight probationary Indian Police Service (IPS) and 65 deputy superintendent of police (DySP) has been notified today.

Gujarat cadre year 2021 batch of following IPS after the completion of phase-2 training of officers at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), Hyderabad have been appointed in the state police force. All the IPS officers have been appointed to the rank of assistant superintendent of police (ASI).
