472 candidates selected as Gujarat declares final results for Unarmed PSI recruitment

The Gujarat Police Recruitment Board has announced the final results of the recruitment process for the post of Unarmed Police Sub-Inspector (PSI).
The recruitment drive was conducted for a total of 472 vacancies under advertisement number GPRB/202324/1. According to the final result, 472 candidates have been selected, while 95 candidates have been placed on the waiting list.
More than 4.6 lakh candidates participated in the first phase of the recruitment process for the Unarmed PSI posts. The written examination was held on April 13, 2025, in which 1,02,935 candidates appeared.
Following the examination, the results of 49,269 qualified candidates were declared. As part of the next stage of the selection process, a total of 1,025 candidates were called for document verification between February 5 and February 10, 2025, in accordance with recruitment rules.
Subsequently, the Gujarat Police Recruitment Board released the provisional merit list on February 23 for candidates who had passed and failed the Unarmed PSI examination, before announcing the final results.
