22,000-page chargesheet filed against seven accused in BZ finance scam

In the BZ scam, initially believed to be worth ₹6,000 crore but later revealed to involve ₹450 crore after investigations, the police have now filed a 22,000-page chargesheet against seven accused, including Mayur Darji.
The CID has filed the chargesheet against Mayur Darji, Vishalsinh Zala, Dilipsinh Solanki, Aashiq Bharthari, Sanjaysinh Parmar, Rahul Rathod, and Ranvirsinh Chauhan.
This charge sheet includes statements from more than 655 witnesses.
The chargesheet against the main culprit, Bhupendrasinh Zala, has not yet been filed. It will be part of a separate charge sheet along with six other accused.
Additionally, the CID has revealed that ₹172 crore belonging to 6,866 investors needs to be returned.
Roles of the 7 accused in the case:
Vishalsinh Zala: Brought in ₹5.50 crore as investment from 117 investors and purchased 12,518 stamp papers under the name of BZ Finance Services. Bhupendrasinh Zala, the main culprit, transferred ₹19.70 lakh into Vishalsinh’s account.
Dilipsinh Solanki: Lured 33 investors to invest ₹47.50 lakh in the BZ Finance Group. The CID also revealed that he facilitated ₹1.20 crore in investments from people.
Aashiq Bharthari: Earned ₹1.80 lakh as commission by convincing 10 investors to invest in the scam.
Sanjaysinh Parmar: Convinced 14 investors to invest a total of ₹1.71 crore.
Rahul Rathod: Persuaded 47 investors to invest ₹40.75 lakh in the scam. Investigations also suggest that Rathod may have personally invested ₹17.40 lakh in cash.
Ranvirsinh Chauhan: Convinced 302 investors to invest ₹5.98 crore collectively. He reportedly received a high commission for securing such a large number of investors.
Mayur Darji: A close aide of Bhupendrasinh Zala, he convinced 325 investors to invest ₹8.72 crore and collected ₹4 crore in cash from people.
The CID has also revealed that 15 more accused in the scam are yet to be arrested.
