During a search of the vehicle, police recovered 2,796 bottles and beer cans of IMFL packed in 78 cartons. The liquor was valued at ₹4.40 lakh.
Police also seized the Hyundai Creta, valued at ₹5 lakh, and a mobile phone worth ₹10,000, taking the total value of the seized property to ₹9.50 lakh.
One Arrested, Driver Allegedly Escapes
Police arrested 27-year-old Sukhdevsinh Rajusinh Udesinh Chauhan, a resident of Hasanpur village in Palanpur taluka of Banaskantha district.
According to police, the vehicle's driver, identified only as Jugo, fled during the raid. His full identity is yet to be established, and efforts are underway to trace and arrest him.

A prohibition case has been registered in connection with the seizure.
